As a Registered Social Worker, Somatic Expierencing Pracitioner (SEP) and Certified Expressive Arts Therapist, I can help you navigate through trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, low self esteem, trouble understanding your emotions, relationships issues, grief, loss, separation or divorce.
Offering emotional relief through traditional talk therapy, I also utilize Somatic Experiencing (body oriented) and Expressive Arts therapies. All of these therapies are designed to challenge negative self beliefs, bring about mindfulness, clarity and self compassion. We will work to heal your nervous system, reveal personal strengths and move you forward as the best version of yourself.

Solution Focused: there are exceptions to every problem and through examining these exceptions together we can generate ideas for your solutions
Expressive Arts: working within your creative and imaginative (play) processes to bring about growth, healing and wellness (visual art, movement, writing, music, drama, writing, etc. - no training or talent in art required !!)
Somatic Expierencing: tuning into body sensation and emotion held in the body to bring the nervous back into emotional regulation
Experiential: utilizing expressive tools and activities to re-enact and re-expeirience your emotional situations
Emotionally Focused: exploring and managing emotions that are causing you harm
Narrative: assisting you in identifying your values, skills and knowledge to effectively confront problems
Intersectional Framework: exploring social and political identities and the impacts on your life
Person In Environment Framework: exploring individual behaviour in the context or environment in which you live
