Anxiety and Depression

Hello, I'm Robby

As a Registered Social Worker and Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP), I support adults working through trauma, anxiety, overwhelm, relationship challenges, grief and life transitions.

Offering emotional relief through traditional talk therapy, I also utilize Somatic Experiencing® (body oriented) and Expressive Arts therapies. These therapies are designed to challenge negative self beliefs, bring about mindfulness, clarity and self compassion. We will work to heal your nervous system, reveal personal strengths and move you forward as the best version of yourself.

Counselling, Somatic Experiencing® & Expressive Arts Therapy can help to:

  • Eleviate suffering from psychological trauma, grief or loss

  • Develop coping mechanisms for life’s stressors

  • Bring relief from symptoms of depression and anxiety

  • Move through feelings of being stuck

  • Better handle life transitions and change

  • Express feelings and move towards healing

  • Develop self esteem, confidence and the ability to live a gratifying life.

Committed to helping you improve your mood,
decrease your stress and live with more ease and joy.

Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for something to change?

Counselling and therapy can help you better understand what’s happening, reconnect with your strengths, and find new ways forward.

Together, we can explore patterns that no longer serve you, build greater self-trust, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

Finding the right counsellor matters. Your first session is a chance to get comfortable, ask questions, and talk about what has brought you to counselling.

We’ll move at your pace, explore what’s happening, and begin identifying what might be helpful moving forward. Counselling with me is collaborative and client-led - you remain in charge of the process.

Therapy can sometimes feel uncomfortable, especially when you’re addressing difficult experiences or patterns. Change takes time, and we can revisit your goals and the frequency of sessions at any point.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are charged in full.
